Dr Daniel Birchall has been a Consultant Neuroradiologist at the internationally renowned Regional Neurosciences Centre in Newcastle upon Tyne for 20 years. Dr Birchall has been Head of Service and has held senior national roles, including representing the Royal College of Radiologists as du Boulay Professor of Neuroradiology. He was elected as President of the British Society of Neuroradiologists in 2020. He was appointed as President-Elect of the World Federation of Neuroradiological Societies in 2022.
